Consisting of the BR-22 Torch, HVR-4401 Regulator, UW/KS Knife Switch, and Ultrathermic Cutting Rods, the Broco® Underwater system provides the fastest, most efficient and cost effective means of completing underwater tasks involving cutting, piercing, or gouging.
The Ultrathermic Cutting Rod produces a temperature in excess of 10,000° F - hot enough to quickly cut or melt through almost anything including cast iron, stainless steel, brass, other ferrous and non-ferrous metals and concrete. 10,000° F means more cut per inch of rod than any other on the market. The Ultrathermic Cutting Rod cuts through marine growth, rust, and mill scale eliminating the need for pre-cleaning and helping lower operating costs and reducing bottom time.
The Broco® Underwater Ultrathermic Cutting System uses only oxygen and maximum of 150 amps. Other equipment may require as much as 500 amps to cut. Our Ultrathermic Cutting Rod readily ignites from a spark generated by a 12 or 24 volt auto or marine battery and will continue to burn with electrical current removed until the flow of oxygen is stopped or the rod is consumed. The need for expensive support equipment is reduced while a safer diving environment is maintained. The recommended oxygen working pressure of 90 psi over bottom economizes oxygen consumption.

The CES Hyperbaric Fire Extinguishers use a non-toxic aqueous film forming foam (AFFF) propelled by helium, nitrogen or bottom-mix, as a compatible with chamber atmosphere. They are suitable for Class A fires (solids and fabrics), Class B fires (liquids) and electrical fires up to a maximum of 24 volts.
Each extinguisher is equipped with a pressure gauge and a security pin to prevent accidental discharge and a quick release all stainless steel bulkhead mounting bracket with nozzle retaining grommet.
Recharging process uses fresh water and a pre-measured cartridge of extinguishing solution followed by a propellant gas charge using an optional recharging regulator and hose whip assembly. The recharging regulator is self-venting and equipped with a safety valve to prevent over-pressurizing when recharging.
The CES7000-A1 uses 1.3 gal. (Five liters) of extinguish ant in a seven liter aluminum cylinder.
The RiteLite is packed with advanced design features and yet is DeepSea's most economically priced light. The same high performance reflectors and glass domes used in the Multi SeaLite are used in the RiteLite for high efficiency optics. A tough, plastic front cowl protects the glass dome and provides better beam control so backscatter can be minimized.
The RiteLite's plastic housing is impact resistant and immune to corrosion related failures. Bi-pin type low voltage lamps used in the RiteLite provide safe operation when divers are in the water. These efficient lamps are not prone to shock related failures and are available worldwide.
Incorporated into the RiteLite is a novel connector system which greatly reduces connector- related failures. The rear end of the molded light body is an integral bulkhead connector. Recessed electrical contact pins are protected from damage and an additional alignment pin ensures proper connections. The captivated locking sleeve assists in connection and disconnection of the power cable and reduces the strain on the molded connector. The locking sleeve screws directly onto the rear of the light body, preventing the connector from being accidentally unplugged.
The RiteLite is delivered complete with lamp, reflector, and mating cable. With the optional helmet mounting bracket, the RiteLite can be easily mounted on a SuperLite or many other types of diving helmets.
The high pressure, positive displacement, plunger type, jetting pumps have been specifically designed to suit the onshore, offshore and sub-sea jetting applications. The pumps can deliver flow rates up to 773ltr/minute at discharge pressures up to 2750 bar. Manufactured from high-grade stainless steel the pumps are capable of pumping both fresh water and seawater.
Each unit can be supplied with high pressure jetting guns (onshore or balanced offshore sub-sea gun), high pressure hoses to suit the project requirements, high pressure flexible jetting lances, foot pedal control valves and a variety of nozzles & cleaning attachments to suit the specific application.
